• IM Automation: Messaging automation for WhatsApp, Telegram, and other platforms
• Real Estate Solutions: Specialized AI agents for property management and lead qualification
• Integration Services: Connections to third-party platforms including Discord, Telegram, Slack, and more

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.2 Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

6. AI-Specific Terms

6.1 AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, content, and recommendations. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content.

6.2 No Professional Advice

AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

6.3 Training and Improvement

We may use anonymized and aggregated data from your interactions with the Service to improve our AI models and services, unless you opt out through your account settings. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the output generated by the Service based on your inputs, provided that you comply with these Terms. We make no claim of ownership to outputs generated by AI based on your specific prompts and inputs.

Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data. We recommend exporting any data you wish to retain before terminating your account. Certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AgentrixOS is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgentrixOS concerning the Service.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
